My career began with a strong foundation in usability testing and human factors research, and over the past 15 years, I have gained extensive experience in user-centered design, design thinking, and data-driven design

Wireflows

Wireframes and flows  are essential for strong Information Architecture and need to communicate interactions using concise but specific annotations. 

Usability Testing

Through usability testing, I redesigned and iterated on an interface that is used to bring in 100 million dollars in yearly revenue.
